Return & Exchange Policy


Customer satisfaction is the number one priority for us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with
your purchase, we would love to exchange or refund the product but make sure you meet the
following terms and conditions:

·         Returns & Exchange can be done within 14 days from the date of delivery.

·         The returned product should be in our original DC branded bag with the receipt intact.

·         The product should be in its new original state.

·         The exchange procedure can be done only once.

·         Items on SALE can’t be returned, it can be exchanged based on the stock availability.

·         Veil .com has the right to decline an exchange/return request if the product is used,
damaged or soiled and the product will be sent back to the customer.

Return/Exchange procedure:

·         To start the return/exchange procedure, you can send a mail on info@Veil .com, or contact us on 011-52155198.

·         A courier will be sent to pick up the returned product within 3 to 5 working days.

·         In the case of an exchange, the new product will be sent to your doorstep in 3 to 5 working days and 50L.E will be charged as fees.

·         In the case of refund, once we receive the dress in our warehouse and ensure that it is unworn and in its original state, we will deposit the amount into your bank account.

·         The refund procedure needs 7 to 10 working days to be completed. Once the refund is declared, you will receive a confirmation mail.
